I watched a US tv series online and now my computer constantly pops up with half naked girls.
Just ask him, and check his history if you want for extra reassurance.
I wouldn't be surprised if porn viewing resulted in aggressive ad-targeting including pop ups.
Hmm I know sites can pick up key words you've typed and target ads in that way, Not just from the search bar but messages on Facebook etc.
Just a note - I typed a website address wrongly yesterday (one letter out) and got taken straight to a "meet local women for sex" site.
—Yves Montand Online sexual activity can involve various activities, such as viewing explicitly sexual materials, participating in an exchange of ideas about sex, exchanging sexual messages, and online interactions with at least one other person with the intention of becoming sexually aroused. When I was doing research for a project I was looking at a lot of army recruitment pages.Google decided I was a young, testosterone fuelled man and my targeted ads and pop ups became dating/chat/porn sites and join the marines type stuff.I'd never looked at any naughty pages and it was my personal computer so this can happen when someone hasn't been looking at anything they shouldn't.If he's got an i Pad, you can check his history in a less obvious way than just clicking the history in the browser itself, and in a way that many users don't know about when they delete their browsing history. This will show history, unless he's savvy enough to have deleted from there recently. My DH and I both play a stupid FB game; I don't seem to get ads on it but DH gets ads for dating sites (message: middle aged gamer men must be single)i don't get pop up ads of any kind though.Perhaps it's dependent on the types of site visited.I get them from streaming tv and reading free ebooks (I assume these sites are the cause but could be anything) and I’m absolutely not looking for anything sex related online or outside of my marriage! To think that the woman next to me on the train is judging me...I could never click on any thread about sex, or relationships without Svetlana appearing and offering to service me live on a webcam. (and I'm not into Svetlanas) Someone geeky said it was malware but I never got rid of it.On new puter, which dp does use, I can click on anything ta-dah and no Svetlana. Why is your first instinct to snoop about and check his browsing history?
